Online Coaching

CLFitness online coaching is available at your own connivence, with a personalised program and nutritional guidance that is accessible from an app where you can view your workouts with in-depth video demonstrations. Perfect for busy individuals and frequent training. Online coaching can be combined with in-person training. You will also have on-hand support to keep you accountable and stay on track; with monthly check-in's to access progress. 

1-2-1 Personal Training (At home)

Getting to the gym or studio isn't possible for everyone, but CLFitness believes that training should be easily accessible and available so I offer in home and at work training services to accommodate to your lifestyle!
