About Cherrise
​My background has always involved a form of fitness and movement. Growing up I did ballet to a professional level for 8 years and gymnastics for 4 years. As I got older I found a passion for strength training, running and athleticism. This pushed me to get a qualification in strength and conditioning which has given me an expertise is a wide range of training styles suited to beginners up to professional athletes.

After the birth of my daughter, I gained a significant amount of weight and faced the challenge of my own weight-loss and strength building journey whilst being a new mother. This experience in particular has allowed me to resonate with many of my clients as it is a common misconception that we do not have time to prioritise our own health whilst having a busy lifestyle.
My approach to training has always been to create sustainable healthy habits to help me become the strongest, most confident version of myself.
